正宗的Boeuf Bourguignon 所需要的步驟很多，而且預備時間又長，不適合我這個懶人～ 😛 所以我做了這個簡易版，也同樣好吃，用LC鍋更能鎖住水份和肉汁，牛肋肉燜得很林呢。
