    雞上翼洗淨,以醃料醃15分鐘。

    蒜頭切片,洋蔥切絲備用。

    平底鑊下油燒熱,下蒜片及洋蔥爆香。

    加入白酒煮滾後,放入番茄粒、Tabasco 辣椒汁、鹽及糖。

    待再滾起時,加入雞上翼,用中小火燘10分鐘,再將雞翼反轉另一面再燘多10分鐘,即成!
