小鍋放入清水、魚膠粉、砂糖,以小火加熱至糖融化。

加入桂花以小火煮1分鐘,熄火。

把梅酒加入桂花糖水中拌勻,倒入模內,放入雪櫃冷藏3小時或至凝固,即成!
