豬扒用刀背拍鬆兩面,切件放入碗中,以醃料拌勻,醃4小時。

蜜桃切厚片,預備汁料拌勻備用。

燒熱油鑊,放入豬扒煎至兩面金黃色,夾起。

同一油鑊倒去煎豬扒後多餘的油份,再放回豬扒回鑊,加入汁料炒勻,即可熄火,加入蜜桃片快炒拌勻,最後可灑上Parsley碎作裝飾,即成!
