清酒煮蜆十分簡單易做,味道清淡。清酒經過煮熱後味道更加香濃,配上新鮮的蜆,十分鮮甜,簡直是絕配呀。

將蜆洗淨,浸在一盤水裡約25至30分鐘去沙。撈起備用。

蔥洗淨,切成蔥花,備用。

將雞湯倒入鍋中,用大火煮滾,煮滾後轉中火,加入清酒及蜆,煮至全部蜆打開要即熄火。
