雪耳被稱為「平民燕窩」,可想而知它是如何有益了。蓮子可以安神,紅棗則補血,是女孩子的恩物啊!

雪耳浸發洗淨,剪去黃色蒂頭部份,然後撕成小塊(如想要有類似燕窩的口感可以切得比較小片)。

紅棗及蓮子洗淨,紅棗去核,蓮子去芯。

燒滾水,待水滾後放入雪耳、紅棗及蓮子,然後轉小火煮30分鐘。

最後加入適量冰糖調味,小火多煮10分鐘,即成!
