唔好以為素湯就一定淡而無味,呢個湯個菇味真係濃到不得了,加上用了腰果,香濃果仁味令素湯唔會太寡,又不油膩,更勝肉湯。

*也可以加其他豆類如黃豆,黑豆,蓮子,紅腰豆

舞茸、蟲草花洗淨浸30分鐘,舞茸切細件備用。

所有材料放入煲內,加入清水。

放在爐頭上煲滾,滾起後立即熄火。
