雲耳、蝦米洗淨浸發備用。

豬肉切片,放入一保鮮袋內,加入雲耳、蝦米及所有調味料,紮緊袋口,用手按摩至均勻。醃約20分鐘。

取出放上平碟上,放入蒸爐100度蒸約13﹣15分鐘,即成!
